Photo Lighting and Seamless Backdrop

I designed and built these custom photographic lights and seamless backdrop for product photography at Think Design. I constructed the lighting using television stands, LED shop lights and dimmer switches. I machined a plastic spacer to set the lights at a steeper angle. The seamless backdrop is constructed from pine framing lumber, ¾ inch AC plywood, ¼ inch luan plywood and Formica brand laminate. The ¼ inch plywood is kerfed and secured to the lumber frame with glue and staples. The laminate is secured to the base and wall with aluminum Z-Clips.
